Out of the ashes of the Houston Ultimate Mixed Program, tHUMP (2015-2018), GRUMP was born! We are the greater Houston’s Mixed Masters team, and we’ll be competing again in 2022.
GRUMP was excited to compete at the 2021 USA Ultimate Masters Championships in Aurora, CO. For a lot of us, it was our first time reaching nationals. For others, it was just another year competing with old and new friends at the highest level. Our goal is to qualify for the Masters Championships again in 2022.
GRUMP prides itself on being a tight-knit group that loves playing this game and fights hard to win. If you recently became eligible to play in the Masters’ division (30 for women and 33 for men in 2022) or you’re an OG Houston Ultimate player looking to get into Mixed Masters, we want you! Tryouts will be held during late February or early March. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for more information to come.
